The human element is the foundation of work on the environmental issues in any country, it is also obvious that perception of threats to biodiversity differ dramatically between those who are experts and those who are amateur even if the amateurs are focused on issues of biodiversity. In Palestine stakeholders with interest in biodiversity are many and include NGOs. GOs, academia, local citizen groups and individuals.
