Ministry of Finance

Overview 

The Ministry of Finance plays a key role in drawing up the fiscal policy of the Palestinian National Authority and supervising its implementation in order to ensure effective contribution to the integration of economic, financial and monetary policies and to achieve consistency between its tools to form a system of economic stability and growth, thus contributing to the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals to raise the standard of living in all fields, and to strengthen the strength of the national economy and consolidate it in the face of the great challenges facing it at the local and external levels. It also works to finance the budget of the Palestinian National Authority through domestic revenues generated from taxes and revenue management from external sources of funding and to carry out the work and responsibilities entrusted to it through an action plan in support of the Palestinian reform and development plan, within a transparent approach that seeks to reach sustainable development.
