Environment Sector Strategy

The Environment Quality Authority (EQA) seeks to promote sustainable environmental development of the Palestinian society. Its core mission is to protect the environment with all its elements and prevent environmental hazards threatening all living organisms. To achieve these goals, this Environment Sector Strategy document was developed as part of the ongoing environmental planning conducted by EQA. The Strategy aims to present and analyze the current environmental situation and identify major environmental problems and their causes in order to determine priority actions leading to the achievement of the desired objectives from the implementation of the adopted policies.
